Ancient Domains of Mystery (ADOM) is one of the most famous and award-winning 'roguelike' domains of all time. Although the first public version of the game dates back to 1994, it's still in active development and has a loyal and large fan base. As in all games of the genre, you get to create your character at the beginning of the game.
Ancient Domains of Mystery - Play Online
DOS - 1996
For small DOS games like Ancient Domains of Mystery, you can play online immediately with your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer...). If the game is too fast or too slow, try hitting CTRL-F11 (slower) and CTRL-F12 (faster).

Neither game executables work. ADOM/CWSDPMI.EXE just takes you to Dos Box where the program is entered. When I use ADOM/ADOM.EXE it goes to the start but a message says the ADOM session was aborted. I've played ADOM here before and it worked. What happened?
